SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: 5 to 15 working days, free shipping on all orders
- Europe: 7 to 18 working days
- United States: 7 to 18 working days
- Australia: 10 to 20 working days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods like Christmas. If you're buying as a gift, we recommend ordering early.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, and you can check its progress on our Track My Order page.
Customs and import charges
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in the price.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away at aaronshopifydropshipac@gmail.com and we'll do our best to fix it before dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window, get in touch at aaronshopifydropshipac@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the courier and make it right.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at aaronshopifydropshipac@gmail.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
